During summer, in June and July, when we have endless days,
you can see the sun go down and then rise again in a matter
of minutes. It is a genuine Arctic experience to witness this,
especially recommended along the Arctic Coast Way, where
visitors can see the sun setting on the horizon over the sea.
Bright nigths last from the first week of May until mid August.
In contrast, the days get shorter during winter. The shortest
day is between 20-23rd of December, with a little over 3 hours
of daylight.
