Winter is finally back in the small city of Akureyri, the ski capital of Iceland. The mountains surrounding the city are full of snow, and for the people of Akureyri that means that preperation for Iceland Winter Games is on full steam and they´r counting down to their big winter festival.

Almost half a year has gone by since the Holuhraun eruption came to and end.
